Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele-callers / Presales Executives to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company services and generate leads

Follow up with interested prospects

Maintain customer data and call records

Schedule site visits for customer on focus products

Coordinate with the sales team for closures

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to achieve daily/weekly targets

Attitude to work on cold calling
