Presales Executive

Role Overview:

The Pre-Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. The role

involves lead generation, client interaction, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with the sales

team to drive site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound & outbound calls and explain project details to prospects.

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital inquiries.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.

- Share accurate project information (pricing, availability, specifications, amenities).

- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead status and follow-ups.

- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on lead generation and conversion.

- Ensure high levels of customer service during the pre-sales process.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (real estate background preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Service.

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).

- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
