Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Farmland Projects (Aggressive Telecalling Specialist)
Location: Tatanagar (Bangalore)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Head / Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive to manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads for our premium farmland projects. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, fast learner, and persuasive telecaller capable of handling high-end customers professionally.
The role involves explaining project details, qualifying serious investors, nurturing leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve booking targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, references, and walk-ins.
Make aggressive and strategic outbound calls to generate interest and convert prospects.
Clearly explain project details: location, pricing, plot sizes, amenities, appreciation potential, and legal clearances.
Qualify leads based on budget, investment intent, decision timeline, and seriousness.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
Convince and schedule site visits, ensuring maximum visit-to-booking ratio.
Maintain accurate CRM data and update follow-up status regularly.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign updates and lead management.
Provide daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate / farmland / plotted development pre-sales or aggressive telecalling.
Strong knowledge of farmland investment concepts and documentation processes.
Experience in handling premium or high-net-worth clients is preferred.
