Presales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Presales Executive to handle cold

calling, WhatsApp communication, and email outreach. The role involves identifying

potential customers, creating interest in our products/services, and se>ng

appointments for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects,

ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and introduce company

offerings.

* Handle WhatsApp chats professionally to answer queries, share information, and

nurture leads.

* Draft and send emails to prospects for product introduction, follow-ups, and lead

nurturing.

* Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to pitch relevant

products/services.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules.

* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand over

qualified leads.

* Achieve weekly/monthly lead genera/on and conversion targets.

* Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate value effectively.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in Presales / Tele calling / Lead Genera/on (Freshers can

also apply).

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Strong ability to handle objections and persuade customers.

* Good typing speed and WhatsApp/email communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
