Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Presales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a passion for delivering superior customer service. This role involves working closely with potential buyers, providing detailed information about our properties, and schedule site visits supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Visits schedule: Provide detailed information about property features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers. Conduct property visits and handover presentations to sales people to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. Coordinate with marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and the sales team.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage leads using CRM software. Follow up on inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure timely responses to potential buyers.
  • Customer Service: Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and support the overall sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or presales. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
