Role Summary

Manage day-to-day operations of the centre, ensure child safety and quality care, supervise staff, and handle parent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee centre operations, hygiene, and safety standards
• Supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff
• Manage parent communication, admissions, and queries
• Ensure smooth execution of activities and child care routines
• Maintain attendance, reports, and basic documentation

Requirements

• Graduate
• 2–5 years in daycare/preschool/centre operations
• Strong communication and team management skills
