Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Implement age-appropriate activities and lessons aligned with the HighScope curriculum.
• Child Engagement: Create a warm, welcoming classroom that encourages exploration and social-emotional growth.
• Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with families and provide regular updates on child progress via our ParentConnect app.
• Safety & Records: Maintain a clean, secure environment and keep accurate digital records of development.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream; NTT, B.Ed, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a preschool or daycare setting (Freshers with great communication may apply).
• Skills: Excellent English communication, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for kids.
• Age: 19 years or above.
