Role Overview:

The Pricing Executive ensures that SAVOmart’s product prices remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with market trends. The role involves on-ground market checks, benchmarking prices, analyzing market trends, and supporting the central team in implementing timely price changes across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conduct daily market visits in the designated area to gather information on selling prices, promotions, and product availability.

·      Benchmark competitor pricing for key products across our categories.

·      Track price movements, discounts, and schemes at both organized and unorganized retail outlets.

·      Maintain accurate price comparison reports in prescribed formats.

·      Share daily/weekly reports with category and pricing teams for decision-making.

·      Identify products with high price sensitivity or local variations and suggest corrections.

·      Verify and confirm the accuracy of in-store price labels and displays post-changes.

·      Monitor customer feedback and sales trends post price revisions.

·      Support the pricing manager in identifying margin gaps or price improvement opportunities.

·      Track competitor promotions, combo offers, and festival pricing patterns.

·      Assist in building a market intelligence database for periodic review.

Eligibility Criteria:

·      Experience: Preferably 1–3 years in retail pricing, sales audit, merchandising, or field market research.

·      Language: Local language proficiency and basic English.

·      Other: Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory for field data collection. Knowledge of Excel
