Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Industry: E-Commerce / BPO

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-Commerce process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries efficiently

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility:

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

Excellent communication skills

Fluency in English and Hindi

Work Details:

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Work Hours: Any 9 hours between 8 AM to 9 PM

Work Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational off

Employment Type: Direct payroll

Salary:

₹22,000 take-home (Fresher)
