Process Executive

Job Summary: As a Process Executive for the outbound voice process in our organization, you will play a crucial role in representing our company to potential customers and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and meeting performance targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales, lead generation, or customer

engagement, following the provided script and guidelines.

 Present products/servicesin a persuasive and informative manner.

 Address customer inquiries,resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.

 Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)set by

the company.

 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

 Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

 Generate and maintain reportsrelated to call outcomes and performance metrics.

 Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

 Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service is preferred.

 Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the required language(s).

 Strong persuasion, negotiation abilities and basic computerskills.

 Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
