Job Description
Sort incoming and outgoing parcels based on destination.
Scan shipments using handheld devices/system.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of courier items.
Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles.
Maintain accuracy in shipment processing and documentation.
Identify and report damaged or misplaced parcels.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
