Job Description
- Shipment Handling: In-scanning, sorting, and packing of consignments (inward and outward) in the processing hub or branch.
- Data Management: Scanning, updating SmartTrack (DTDC’s tracking system) with real-time updates for every handled shipment.
- Quality Control: Ensuring proper packing, reducing transit damages, and handling RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
- Process Compliance: Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both domestic and international courier products.
- Coordination: Working with delivery associates and hub managers to ensure prompt, same-day dispatch and delivery.
- Education: Typically 10th or 12th pass (Minimum qualification).
- Experience: Often open to freshers (0–1 year of experience), though 1–2 years in logistics/warehouse is preferred.
- Gender/Age: Frequently positions for males, though this depends on the specific branch.
- Skills: Ability to work on computers/scanners, basic proficiency in local language, and physical stamina for manual handling of goods
