Procument Manager- Interior Design & Build Company

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms for materials.
• Budget Management & Cost Control: Monitor procurement operations to align with project budgets (BOQ) and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand material requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Vendor Management: Maintain and update a strong database of reliable vendors, conduct performance evaluations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Logistics & Inventory: Oversee the timely delivery of materials to project sites and manage inventory if necessary.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchasing adheres to legal, ethical, and company standards, including maintaining proper documentation. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in procurement, specifically within interior fit-out, construction, or high-end design sectors.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, vendor management capability, and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and market trends.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Architecture, or relevant experience.
