We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing costs, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, purchase orders, and contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement schedules to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, sales, finance) to forecast demand
• Optimize logistics operations and reduce transportation and warehousing costs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and legal regulations
• Use ERP systems to manage procurement and inventory data
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports for senior management

• Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum [X] years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
