Procurement Manager

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to handle material sourcing and purchasing for our interior and civil projects. The role involves vendor coordination, market visits, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials required for interior and civil projects

Visit local markets/shops to check material quality, pricing, and availability

Handle vendor communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers

Ensure timely delivery of materials to site

Maintain records of purchases, bills, and inventory

Coordinate with site team for material requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of materials like plywood, laminates, veneer, marble, tiles, aluminium, hardware, etc.

Good communication skills (spoken & written)

Ability to negotiate and manage vendors

Must be comfortable with field work and local travel

Basic Excel and email handling skills
