Job Description
1. Co-ordinating with Sales Team with their RFQ’s.
2. Locating Vendors, Negotiating prices.
3. Evaluating vendors based on quality, lead time and price.
4. Issuing Pos.
5. Scheduling deliveries and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
6. Maintaining record of materials ordered and received.
7. Ensuring quality of procured items and addressing problems to vendors when they arise.
8. Maintaining good relationship with vendors.
9. Following up with Vendors until the materials are in house.
10. Keeping Track of Cheques issued.
11. Releasing POs to Royal Power for Essae Orders.
12. Co-ordinating with Vendors for their RFQ’s and providing them quotes and following up for PO.
13. Placing Amazon orders for office requirement and customer orders and tracking status of orders.
14. Placing online orders with Electronics Comp.
15. Arranging kits for vendors.
