Procurement Manager

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Procurement Manager to lead large-scale sourcing of goats and sheep across India. This role is critical to building a strong, reliable livestock supply chain for breeding and meat production.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement across Rajasthan, Punjab, Karnataka, AP, Maharashtra & MP
• Build and manage farmer, trader & mandi networks
• Ensure quality: healthy, 50+ kg, non-pregnant animals
• Manage logistics, transport & quarantine movement
• Negotiate pricing & optimize cost per kg
• Lead field procurement teams across regions
• Track data: cost, mortality, supplier performance

✅ What We’re Looking

• For5–10 years in livestock / agri procurement / meat supply chain
• Strong mandi & rural sourcing experience
• Deep understanding of goat & sheep markets
• Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
• Willing to travel extensively (70–80%)
