Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Training , at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a passion for training others. This role involves conducting training sessions for our partners and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Product features. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Tally software for Partners & their resources.
• Customize training Sessions based on participant skill levels.
• Travel to partner offices within the region to deliver training (travel and food expenses provided).
• Provide post-training support and address participant queries.
• Keep updated with the latest features and updates in Tally software.
• Prepare reports and feedback documentation after each session.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience In Training.
• Education: M.Com preferred, B.Com will also be considered
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Story Telling
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods based on the audience.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for training sessions.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
