Production Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute

• daily & weekly production schedules to meet targets
• Allocate manpower based on skill matrix and machine requirements
• Ensure machine readiness, maintenance coordination, and minimal downtime
• Monitor production output and maintain ≥95% plan adherence
• Implement quality control processes (FPI, in-process checks, defect control)
• Ensure zero material shortages through proper planning and coordination with Store & Purchase
• Enforce 100% PPE compliance and 5S discipline on shop floor
• Supervise and control part-time and shift employees
• Maintain accurate production reports, logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Store, HR, and Sales/Dispatch
• Plan and manage night shift operations and handovers
• Conduct employee training and performance monitoring

Qualifications & Experience

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production
• 2–10 years experience in manufacturing & shop floor management
• Work Experience medium Scale company
