Job SummaryThe Print Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end print production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, and timely delivery. The role involves machine management, manpower supervision, production planning, and coordination with sales and design teams.

• Plan and schedule production jobs based on order priority and delivery timelines.
• Handle printing machines, maintenance coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and manage production team, machine operators, and helpers.
• Ensure quality control at all stages of production.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams for order execution.
• Monitor material usage, wastage control, and inventory management.
• Maintain production reports, job tracking, and productivity analysis.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Drive cost control and process improvements to increase productivity.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of printing processes (digital / large format / signage printing preferred).
• Experience in machine handling and production planning.
• Ability to manage manpower and multiple production jobs simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of print materials, finishing, and installation processes.
