Job Description
- Production Planning & Execution: Execute daily production schedules, monitor machine capacity, and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Quality Control & Process Improvement: Inspect parts to meet drawings, reduce rework/rejections, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Technical Support & Tooling: Manage tooling, jigs, fixtures, and consumables; optimize machine parameters.
- Supervision: Oversee shop floor workers, maintain discipline, and ensure adherence to safety standards (5S).
