Production Supervisor

Job Summary

CJ Bagbox Packaging Company is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing shop-floor activities within a packaging or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns.
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain production reports and shift records.

Quality Control

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to address defects and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor in-process quality checks and final output standards.
