Program Coordinator - Non Technical

Speaking with members of school management like principals, coordinators,

and teachers to understand needs of clients, briefing & coordinating with the

content & operations team to ensure the development of relevant & customized

curriculum, lesson plans, events, training, etc.

● Creation & maintenance of school profiles, class schedules, class trackers,

project reports, educator class journals, attendance logs and Saksham platform.

● Maintenance of program learning modules, props & any other material related

to class provided by Val-Ed & school authorities.

● Contribute to planning, organizing, and follow-up of Val-Ed events in schools

and other environments.

● Oversee administering credible assessments to understand program impact.

● Discuss, review & document program progress with concerned educators,

content team, program manager & school authorities as per prescribed timelines

& format.

● Deliver Saksham’s value programs independently as an educator wherever

feasible and needed.

● Regular interaction with students, educators & school management

Qualification

Criteria

● A graduate degree from a recognized state, central, or private university is

preferred.

● Proven experience or knowledge in working on projects related to Values

Education, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Character Education, Psychology,

or Counselling.

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who has/is:

● Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a

plus.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with educators and

school management.

● Willingness to travel within the city to client locations.

● Candidates from the Education sector with similar experience preferred
