Position Title:Project Manager – Site Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Site Engineering to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Handle client interactions and provide regular project updates
• Identify risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Manager in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills

Experience Required:

• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution
