Job Title: Project Coordinator – Electronics Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and capable Project Coordinator who can manage and oversee the workforce of a small-scale electronics production facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Electronics, particularly in areas such as digital energy meters, data transmitters, modems, electronic water meters, and similar components.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate daily operations of the production unit.
• Manage and guide the workforce efficiently to meet production targets.
• Set up and organize manufacturing lines for electronic components and devices.
• Develop and implement quality control and testing protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials and components.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, safety, and industry standards.
• Maintain production documentation and prepare reports for management.
• Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to streamline production processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
