Job Description

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of projects and customer orders for defense and industrial clients.
  • Act as the central point of contact between sales, engineering, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Translate customer orders and project requirements into actionable internal plans and timelines.
  • Develop and track project schedules to ensure manufacturing, assembly, and development milestones are met.
  • Monitor progress of all departments and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials, components, and resources required for each project.
  • Track manufacturing, testing, and quality inspection activities against defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with defense, industrial, and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and documentation required for production and dispatch.
  • Ensure projects and orders are completed before or within committed timelines.
  • Plan and coordinate dispatch, delivery schedules, and logistics to avoid shipment delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and progress updates for management.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders on project status, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Support post-dispatch coordination for installation, feedback, or issue resolution if required.
  • Continuously improve project coordination processes to enhance efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
