Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Communication

- Act as the central point of contact between vendors, clients, site teams, and internal departments.

- Share timely project updates, progress reports, and revised schedules with all stakeholders.

Planning & Monitoring

- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines and work schedules.

- Monitor daily on-site activities, ensuring tasks are completed as per plan.

- Proactively identify potential delays or risks and escalate them for resolution.

Site Support & Quality Oversight

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of work, adherence to drawings, and resolve issues on-ground.

- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability of necessary resources on-site.

Documentation & Approvals

- Maintain organized records of project drawings, documents, approvals, and communication.

- Track changes and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.

Budget & Vendor Support

- Assist in monitoring project expenses and coordinate with the finance team for timely vendor payments.

- Support procurement coordination by tracking material usage and delivery schedules.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior or construction projects.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project scheduling tools.

- Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Bangalore.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
