Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Waterproofing & Construction Chemicals

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 Years (Waterproofing / Construction Chemicals)

Qualification: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Job Responsibilities:Execute and supervise waterproofing works at site (terrace, basement, toilets, water tanks, podium, etc.)
• Handle application of waterproofing systems such as PU coating, cementitious coating, APP membrane, injection grouting, etc.
• Manage site labour, contractors, and applicators
• Ensure proper surface preparation before application
• Monitor daily work progress and maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications
• Take site measurements and prepare BOQ / billing details
• Maintain material usage records and minimize wastage

• Key Skills Required:Knowledge of waterproofing systems & construction chemicals
• Experience in brands like Dr. Fixit, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, etc.
• Strong site execution and supervision skills
• Labour handling and contractor coordination
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Understanding of drawings and site layouts

• Preferred Candidate Profile:Diploma / BE Civil with 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in leakage treatment and waterproofing works
• Ability to independently handle site activities
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: As per industry standards(35k to 45k + 5K incentive)
