Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of Project coordinator:

Assist in creating project plans, schedules and budgets for programs (e.g., Institutional Care Home, Nutrition & Health Camps, Summer Camp) under DESIRE Society.

Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities: liaise with field staff, facilitate communication among teams, follow up on action items.

Maintain project documentation: meeting notes, status reports, risk and issue logs.

Monitor project progress: track milestones, identify delays or obstacles, flag to the Project Manager.

Support stakeholder communication: prepare updates for donors, internal leadership, partner organisations.

Help with logistics and administration for events and camps (venue booking, travel arrangements, material procurement).

Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations (child protection, health & safety, confidentiality).

Contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows and project outcomes.
