🏢 About Rainfield Technologies

Rainfield Technologies is a project-based company specializing in water management systems — including irrigation, rainwater harvesting, swimming pools, and artificial water bodies.

As we expand into landscaping and allied civil works, we are building a strong execution team that blends technical precision with on-ground leadership.

Our work sits at the intersection of civil infrastructure and environmental innovation, where every project contributes to sustainable water use and ecological balance.

🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Project Engineer who can take ownership of site execution — ensuring design accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

This role involves coordinating between clients, consultants, engineers, and vendors while maintaining Rainfield’s standards for precision, service quality, and accountability.

You’ll be part of a hands-on execution team that values both technical skill and ground-level clarity.

🧱 Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Coordination

  • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical clarity and smooth progress.
  • Plan and monitor manpower deployment and daily work targets.
  • Raise material requests and ensure timely procurement and delivery to site.

2. Documentation & Billing

  • Maintain daily site records — DPRs, attendance, and material tracking.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing RA bills, validating subcontractor bills, and verifying measurements.
  • Ensure project progress and billing are aligned with scope and actual execution.

3. Quality, Safety & Standards

  • Enforce Rainfield’s safety, quality, and environmental protocols across all sites.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to ensure adherence to workmanship and material standards.
  • Participate in handover, testing, snag rectification, and as-built documentation.

4. Cross-Functional Communication

  • Liaise between engineering, procurement, and accounts teams for clear project updates.
  • Provide feedback to management on timelines, site constraints, and resource needs.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team during project billing and documentation audits.

📋 Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, irrigation, plumbing, or water management projects.
  • Strong understanding of BOQs, site drawings, and project coordination workflows.

⚙️ Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and on-site coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong interpretation skills for drawings and designs.
  • Problem-solving mindset and readiness to travel when required.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience and fit).
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
  • Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Paid Leaves.

🚀 Growth Path

At Rainfield, performance precedes title.

Project Engineers who consistently deliver on timelines, client satisfaction, and execution quality can grow into Project Managers and Operations Leads overseeing multi-city execution and project planning.
