Job Description
- 1. Project Planning & Coordination Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate between design team, factory/manufacturing unit, procurement, and site execution teams.
- 2. Manufacturing & Production Oversight Translate approved drawings into shop drawings and BOQs for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with factory supervisors for modular furniture, cabinetry, joinery, metal, upholstery, and finishes.
- Track production timelines and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- 3. Site Execution & Installation Supervise on-site installation of manufactured components.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, samples, and client expectations.
- 4. Vendor & Procurement Management Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, hardware, fittings, and finishes.
- Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and cost control.
- Verify material quality and quantities at factory and site.
- 5. Cost, Quality & Timeline Control Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Conduct quality checks at manufacturing and site stages.
- 6. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the single point of contact for clients during execution.
- Provide regular progress updates and handle client queries or change requests.
- Coordinate approvals for drawings, samples, mockups, and finishes.
- 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation (drawings, approvals, BOQs, variation orders).
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
- Support final handover, snag list closure, and project completion documentation.
