Project Manager

At Clean Fanatics, Renopro, we are looking for a Civil Project Manager with 6–7 years of experience to manage and execute B2B civil and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil and interior B2B projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.

• Prepare BOQ, project schedules, and work plans.

• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at project sites.

• Handle material planning, vendor coordination, and procurement.

• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.

• Support billing, cost tracking, and project documentation.

• Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of civil construction and interior works

• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and project planning

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage site teams and contractors

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 6–7 years of experience in construction, interiors, or civil project execution.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience handling commercial or residential B2B projects

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple sites if required
