Profile: Project Manager

Location : Bangalore

Roles :

you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of up to 5 fitout projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 2-3 site supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the construction process, finding effective and timely solutions.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.

3) Required Experience and Qualification:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fitout construction or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems efficiently and collaboratively.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of construction techniques and materials.

Willingness to travel: The job may require you to travel extensively across India for oversight of projects.
