Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Site Measurements along with designer and verifying all diagrams

2. Switch Points, AC points, Pillars, Beams, window area etc. Need to be observe diagrams carefully

3. Responsible to match the working drawings with Site measurements to get the accurate result.

4. Follow up with the Factory Supervisor to get production diagrams.

5. Follow up with Factory Supervisor on materials delivery and installation

6. Coordinate with Carpenters/Vendors (Ceiling Vendor, Electrical Vendor, Painting Vendor Etc...) for timely

7. Completion of job and costing details as per the market standard.

8. Visit sites on regular basis and must update everyday work status EOD

9. Quality check for obtaining standard finishes on site.

10.You have an eye for detail. Nothing escapes your scrutiny. No site execution goes wrong under your supervision

11.Ability to execute all projects on time with quality and talking to clients to clarify their doubts.
