Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Interiors) to oversee and manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage interior projects from concept to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and material procurement plans.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle client communications and update progress reports periodically.

• Verify and approve contractor bills, purchase orders, and work schedules.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations.

• Support the design and estimation teams during project planning stages.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and detailing.

• Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, or corporate interior projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

• Strong understanding of BOQ, budgeting, and billing processes.

• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.

• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality and delivery.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.

• PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
