Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee and manage construction or project site operations from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site project activities
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly
• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager (X+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
