About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Project Manager to oversee the complete flow of maternity and baby photoshoot projects. This role ensures smooth operations, timely communication with clients, and efficient coordination between production, post-production, and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Flow Management

• Handle the end-to-end process of each photoshoot project—from booking to delivery.
• Ensure all shoots, edits, and deliveries are completed on time with high quality.
• Monitor daily workflow, schedules, and team productivity.

2. Prompt Client Communication

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients at all stages.
• Coordinate shoot details, share updates, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain a friendly yet professional communication tone.

3. Client Feedback & Referrals

• Collect and document client feedback after shoots.
• Build positive relationships to encourage referrals and repeat bookings.
• Address concerns politely and ensure high client satisfaction.

4. Team Management & Discipline

• Oversee production and post-production teams.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the team.
• Ensure all team members follow studio processes and quality standards.
• Ensure succesful completion of the projects.

5. Support CRM Team

• Assist the CRM team during high workload or urgent situations.
• Support with client follow-ups, updates, and lead coordination when needed.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Good understanding of photography workflows (added advantage).
• Problem-solving attitude and a sense of ownership.
• Experience in team management or customer service preferred.
