Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Electrical to lead and manage our Residential High-Rise and Commercial projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling end-to-end Electrical Project Management, including LT & HT works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and execute electrical works for Residential High-Rise, Commercial, and Mivan projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Handle client interactions, progress meetings, approvals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements at the project site.
• Oversee procurement planning, material management, and vendor follow-ups.
• Resolve technical issues, site challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, billing coordination, and documentation.
• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 10–15 years of experience in Electrical Project Management.
• Strong experience in Residential High-Rise, Commercial, LT & HT installations.
• Experience in Mivan-based high-rise projects will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects successfully.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
