Project Manager Interior

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects at the site from start to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors regarding project requirements.
3. Prepare and monitor project schedules and work plans.
4. Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
5. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
6. Monitor material delivery, usage, and inventory at the site.
7. Conduct site inspections and progress reviews regularly.
8. Prepare and submit daily / weekly project progress reports to management.
9. Control project cost, timeline, and resources effectively.
10. Resolve site issues and coordinate with the team for smooth project execution.
11. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and client specifications.
12. Attend client meetings and site coordination meetings.

Required Skills :

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and site execution
• Ability to read drawings, BOQ, and project plans
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel, project reports, and documentation

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management
