Job Description

  • Quantity Surveying & EstimationMeasurement and quantity take-off (Civil/Architectural/Structural)
  • Preparing BOQs as per standard methods of measurement (POMI, CESMM, SMM7)
  • Cost estimation and rate analysis
  • Tender preparation and evaluation
  • Budget preparation and cost control
  • Variation orders and claims management
  • Interim payment certificates (IPC) preparation
  • Technical / EngineeringReviewing construction drawings (Architectural, Structural)
  • Site supervision and execution monitoring
  • Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
  • Preparing daily/weekly progress reports
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Material management and planning
  • Software SkillsAutoCAD
  • MS Excel (Advanced)
  • MS Project / Primavera (if applicable)
  • Quantity surveying software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
