Job Description
- Quantity Surveying & EstimationMeasurement and quantity take-off (Civil/Architectural/Structural)
- Preparing BOQs as per standard methods of measurement (POMI, CESMM, SMM7)
- Cost estimation and rate analysis
- Tender preparation and evaluation
- Budget preparation and cost control
- Variation orders and claims management
- Interim payment certificates (IPC) preparation
- Technical / EngineeringReviewing construction drawings (Architectural, Structural)
- Site supervision and execution monitoring
- Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
- Preparing daily/weekly progress reports
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Material management and planning
- Software SkillsAutoCAD
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- MS Project / Primavera (if applicable)
- Quantity surveying software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
