Project Quantity Surveyor

ob Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for residential & commercial interior projects based on design inputs.  

- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for accurate quantification.  

- Site visits to understand project scope and take measurements.  

- Communicate directly with clients for requirement gathering and clarification.  

- Create line-item estimates including material, labor, and vendor inputs.  

- Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity.  

- Support procurement by providing accurate quantities and specs.  

- Work closely with the 3D & CAD teams to align estimates with design.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic estimation tools.  

- Familiarity with MEP, GFC drawings, and interior design elements.  

- Proficiency in Photoshop, V-Ray, D5, Enscape is a plus.  

- Good communication & negotiation skills.
