Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients and attenders about the features and benefits of the Hospital Care App. Assist them with:

 - Downloading and registering on the app

 - Booking doctor appointments

 - Ordering medicines via ePharmacy

 - Making hospital payments

 - Accessing reports and medical history

• Use personal smartphones to demonstrate the app if required.
• Provide real-time support for login, navigation, or payment-related queries.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional approach when interacting with patients.

Performance Marketing: Submit daily reports including :

 - Patients approached

 - App downloads

 - ePharmacy orders placed

 - Issues faced or escalated

 - General feedback/remarks

• Weekly performance reviews will be conducted based on the above metrics.
• Code of Conduct:Maintain professional behaviour and follow all hospital hygiene and etiquette protocols.
• Respect patient privacy and communicate with empathy.
• Wear HCG-branded T-shirts during working hours.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
• Confident, patient, and people-friendly
• Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Must own a smartphone with active internet for demonstrations
