🌟 Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and confident Promoters to represent our brand, promote our products/services, and generate leads through direct interaction with customers in assigned locations.

📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPromote company products/services at assigned locations (schools, colleges, malls, streets, events, etc.)

• Interact with potential customers and explain offerings clearly
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
• Collect customer details and generate quality leads
• Direct interested customers to the office or sales/counseling team
• Meet daily interaction and lead generation targets
• Report daily activities to the marketing/sales supervisor

🎯 Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in promotion, field marketing, or sales
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel locally
