Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Gatedhomes.in, you will oversee on-ground property operations within gated communities. Your role includes conducting site visits, property inspections, coordinating with Relationship Managers, and managing vendor activities to ensure smooth property management and a great client experience.

Responsibility:

• Conduct regular site visits and property inspections
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
• Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers for client requirements
• Manage and follow up with vendors (maintenance, cleaning, repairs)
• Handle on-ground issue resolution for tenants and owners
• Maintain property reports and updates
