Your mandate is clear:
-Maintain a safe, disciplined, and welcoming student environment
-Respond quickly to operational and safety concerns
-Build a culture of respectful behaviour within the property
-Ensure incidents and complaints are documented and reported properly
-Strengthen parent and student trust in the property
This is not a caretaker role. It is a ground-level leadership role.

-Greet students warmly and consistently
-Maintain positive and approachable body language
-Stay visible within the property
-Handle conflicts calmly
-Speak respectfully while correcting behaviour

-Acknowledge complaints immediately
-Coordinate quickly with maintenance and housekeeping
-Follow up until resolution
-Communicate timelines clearly
-Prioritize urgent issues (water, electricity, safety)
Create Service for Wow
-Welcome new students warmly
-Encourage participation in activities
-Organise small engagement initiatives
-Notice student milestones
-Convert complaint recovery into positive moments
Maintain Discipline & Boundaries
-Enforce property rules consistently
-Address disturbances professionally
-Handle conflicts fairly
-Maintain safety standards
-Communicate expectations clearly
Ensure Documentation & Incident Reporting Discipline
-Log complaints and incidents clearly
-Report serious matters to HO on time
-Track follow-ups systematically
-Maintain communication records where required
-Document disciplinary actions properly
