We are seeking a dynamic and organized Property Executive to oversee the efficient operation and booking management of our serviced apartment. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing diverse tasks to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the serviced apartment, including front desk services, guest check-in/check-out, and concierge services.

2. Coordinate and oversee the booking process, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications, to maximize occupancy and revenue.

3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

4. Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.

5. Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.

6. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant departments to address guest needs and property upkeep.

7. Monitor and manage inventory levels of essential supplies and amenities.

8. Prepare and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics, occupancy rates, and revenue.

9. Implement and maintain effective communication channels with team members and guests.

10. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Kannada-speaking candidates will be given a preference

3. Proven experience (1 years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Excellent communication (English, Hindi) and interpersonal abilities.

6. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and Excel.

8. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

9. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure smooth operations.

10. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services is a plus.
