Job Description
Key Responsibility
• Handle end-to-end procurement of MEP & HVAC materials
• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
• Compare quotations and negotiate price, delivery, and terms
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
• Coordinate with project, design, and store teams for material requirements
• Track inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations
