Purchase Executive

JOB DETAILS: Total Experience: 10 Months to 3 Years

• Job Purpose: Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods and services according to company requirements.

• Source potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.

• Place orders with suppliers, ensuring that purchase orders are accurate and meet company specifications.

• Track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply chain issues.

• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of suppliers, products, and prices.

2. Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

3. Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.

4. Prepare and maintain purchase reports, providing detailed updates on order status, deliveries, and budget compliance.

5. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations.

6. Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, shipments or product quality.

7. Assist with the preparation of procurement forecasts and budgets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -

• EDUCATION:__ Minimum of a degree in any discipline. A background in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus.

• EXPERIENCE:_ 6 Months to 2 Years
