Job Description:As a Purchase Officer at Avenue E-commerce Ltd (DMart), you will be responsible for managing procurement operations for FMCG and grocery products across fulfillment centers in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders accurately and on time.
• Study and analyze vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update MIS reports for procurement and inventory tracking.
• Handle vendor management, replenishment, and purchase execution for assigned categories.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials at minimal cost to maximize company savings.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment center team to ensure product availability and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Knowledge of FMCG or e-commerce purchase operations is an added advantage.
