QA / QC Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor/Executive to lead and manage quality control activities within our organization. The role involves overseeing inspection processes, collaborating with the procurement team for quality improvements, and ensuring that all products consistently meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Identify, document, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, defect logs, and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams to address quality-related concerns.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workloads effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance.
